    You have been extremely helpful in every way – advising me where I could locate a new door, ordering and collecting this and then sending RICARDO to do the work this morning.
    He arrived on the dot of 8am as planned and worked non-stop until all was completed – this included not only hanging the new door but re-installing all the security locks and the alarm magnets etc – all of which he did efficiently. He liaised well with the alarm people.
    He left the site absolutely spotless.

All times given are estimates, we reserve the right to treat the booking as honored if the handyman is running within the period of 2 hours early or 2 hours late
We charge a minimum of 1 x hr on all call out handyman visits, followed by half hour increments
Whilst our Operatives will endeavor to have a well equipped van, please be advised that shopping time is chargeable during handyman visits if required at the relevant rate
Rates exclude material costs.  Building & Handyman reserve the right to charge materials purchased at trade prices + 20% mark up + VAT
Unless off road parking or permits are provided by the customer, parking charges are applicable
Payment for Handyman jobs must be made in full at completion of works.  Quoted invoices will have 7 x days to settle
